The project helps with the process of healing by facilitating psycho-social interventions focusing on breaking the cycle of violence in communities inflicted by years of trauma.CASE generates new healing nodes within a community using both spaces and people to allow for the psychological and social healing. CASE provides empowerment, self-development, and trauma based counselling. Through these trainings, the community members can more easily cope with the trauma of the past, present, and future, while constructing safe spaces for other community members to process the trauma they encounter. CASE breaks the cycle of violence by interrupting the regeneration process based on pain, injury, retaliation, and self-esteem.
