The Innovation Project - an annual programme of short courses for 800+ individual teachers to improve and deepen content knowledge and practical teaching strategies. For three terms each year, a rich programme of afternoon courses is presented for teachers from Grade R to Grade 7 focusing on Natural Sciences & Technology (NST), Mathematics, Language & Literacy, Social Sciences and the Environment. Courses for School Management Teams (SMTs) to manage teachers’ professional development and courses to strengthen isiXhosa first language teaching and learning are recent additions to PSP's Innovation Programme.
