The programme has a holistic approach to grooming young men in the Kraaifontein and surrounding areas, the activities will include but not limited to the following in its 2 hour weekly sessions; • Training in Basic Like Skills, Leadership Skills, Social Skills, Team Work skills, Coping Skills and how to rediscover the importance of values and morals. • Health and safety: Education in Men's Health • Grooming and social etiquettes (Includes; How to dress for an Interview, How to conduct one's self in an interview, How to sit at a dining table; Communication Skills) • Sporting activities & board games • Outings to include and Annual Camp and 4 Day trips (Excursions) to establish team work and build on their leadership skills.
