The organisation provide intervention in the form of tutoring and mentoring in order to address poor or declining student performance before it reaches a point where recovery would be extremely difficult or pose a significant challenge. The programme provides tutoring services for free to the learners who are struggling and wishes to improve their results in the following subjects: Mathematics; Science; English; Accounting; Economics and Business Studies. The centre also has a chess team that regularly practice, furthermore, our athletics club practice every Saturday and Wednesday and regularly take part in the ASWD events. The athletics club has grown from strength to strength and the kids are very excited to take part in these races. Malele Organisation management believe that children should be children for as long as possible. The organisation has a dedicated arts team which is responsible for drama and cultural activities. The kids learn about different cultures and learn to act out these cultures and to have a better understanding of each other’s cultures and backgrounds. This teaches them respect and humility. Regular dance competitions are also held and create a healthy competitive environment.
