MS STARS Learners from Ages 6-9,10-16 Each age group will have a separate teacher and quaterly tests,then have weekly drilling activities,two yearly camps and outing to the zoo,museum and nature outings. We will recruit experienced teachers in this field and in a year we hope to start sites around westerncape in each community regardless of race and nationality We will work with SAPS,Social Workers,Teachers and other partners to make communities accept and own the program The program aims to transfer skills to teenagers and youth that are coming in from colleges on internships to do practicals and allow them to be absorbed in while doing learnerships,work with staff to learn skills at a young age.This model will be very different from any other afterschool and has potential to create employment for youth in our country
