SRDL tutors or personnel are doing more than being teachers, and tutors, they’ve become pupils’ collaborative partners, caregivers, confidants, and counsellors. SRDL realized that learners have more than school work on their minds. Pupils are experiencing lots of things outside of the school and some of such experiences are rather very traumatic in nature. Traumatised pupils cannot learn effectively and they cannot show interest in extramural activities. SRDL is planning to send some its personnel for Trauma Counselling Course so that they can be able to offer positive support to primary school learners and their parents
