SRDL realized that vast of pupils lacks moral support, encouragement and recognition for their efforts. It is unfortunately that vast majority of best attendees, hard-working, well-behaved, industrious students are overlooked in many Afterschool Programmes. SRDL has established but not implemented a Recognition Program that will honour best of pupils and tutors. When deserving pupils receives ward consequently the under-performing, absentees will pull up their sock and perform better. This Recognition Program will enhance and make our objectives achievable.
