The intention of Kwakhanya Aftercare is to see children to fly very high at the end of the day like Eagles. Our location is very backwards as most of people are unemployed. Out children run very fast to wrong things. Some of them are from disadvantaged background, some the parents are drunk, the children are hungry. Now it is them the drug lords and shebeen queens are taking advantage of using such children. We registered this with the Department of Social Services with the intention of founding the lost soles and put them to another level. The are being assisted with their homework, they read story books and bible. They eat. They plays indoor and outdoor games which are educational for them to learn to count, pronounce words, to fix puzzles of which the minds are being activated. We are in a process of getting a bay whereby we will put traffic road signs and teaching them the rules of the road. We do invite stakeholders from different institutions to help us by making them aware of the danger of not going to school, using drugs, alcohol, steal, early pregnancies etc. The Correctional Services, Department of health, Rehabilitation Center staff, Policing Forum and other . They plant a vegetables garden. We would like to have a place of ourselves with computers, music system, mobile swimming pools and if we could get those items and others like jumping castles Mary go round and others we wont close during December holidays because they will have they safe place .
