A creative, educational, fun leadership programme to engage, empower and support learners on personal, educational, and social issues affecting them in and out of school. We applying multi-disciplinary creative methods, such as interactive ice-breakers, exercises, games, sports, rhythm and music, movement and dance, drawing, painting and performance, and popular youth cultural expressions, learners will • Learn and gain knowledge about their rights and responsibilities in and out of school • Acquire life-skills to improve personal well-being, positive decision-making and lifestyles choices • Be motivated to improve school attendance, conduct, academic achievement and future prospects • Engage and support each other on challenges and concerns facing them in and out of school and take action to prevent and combat gender-based violence. It’s Your Move – Molo After-School Club contribute to accelerate the personal, social and academic well-being, development and achievements of learners, and result in; • Reduced late-coming and absenteeism, and increased the rates of school attendance - • Making positive lifestyle choices and improves self-esteem and confidence • Improved behaviour in and out of school and academic performance • Lower drop-out rates and completion of schooling
